Home Selling: Creating a Good Impression
by: Sheila Atienza, Richmond BC Realtor and Author
Selling a home is not always easy. If you are a home seller, it is best to really think about how you could make your property create a a good impression.

The idea here is that if you want to attract buyers into looking at your property, you can improve the appearance of your home by making it neat, neutral and free of clutter.
Just look at it as a product and ask yourself how you could make your product stand out considering there are other properties that could be competing with yours.
Just like the idea of dating, good prospective buyers are willing to spend time to view a nice, decent property for their consideration. When you look at it as a getting to know part in the home buying process, you would spend time preparing, improving and maintaining your property before you even decide to put it on the market.
And the popular saying that goes, “first impression always lasts” could also be applied in presenting a “home for sale” to a prospective buyer.
