Sheila Atienza is a published book author and British Columbia-based REALTOR. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) and British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA).


Sheila Atienza has over 15 year career and combined experience in sales and marketing. She has written books on real estate, personal finance and self-help (personal growth, success, spirituality). She currently hosts her web sites and writes articles and blogs on real estate, mortgage, personal success and motivation.





Sheila has been an international marketing executive; Hotel Programme Director; University Instructor; Marketing Director to a Vancouver-based Canadian company; and Communication Strategist.

Today, Sheila works with homeowners, sellers and homebuyers in Richmond and Metro Vancouver, and specializes in helping first-time buyers, immigrants and investors achieve their goals to own a home and grow their wealth through real estate investments.
